Adding third-party review sites to your Feedback Guru account is easy — and you can add as many as you want! If a review site gives you a direct URL where customers can leave feedback, you can plug it right into your account and start sending customers there in just a few clicks.

Here’s how to do it:

Step 1: Log In to Feedback Guru

Log into your Feedback Guru account using your email and password.
Once you're in, click on "Review Websites" from the menu on the left.

Step 2: Add Your Review Site URLs

On the Review Websites page, you'll see a spot to add your review links.
Just paste the full URL where customers can leave reviews, set the percentage of traffic you want to send to that site, and click Save.

Step 3: Add More Sites (If You Want)

Want to send customers to multiple review sites? No problem.
Click the "+ Add New Website" button to add more links. You can add as many as you need!

Step 4: Set Your Traffic Split

For each site, you can control how much traffic you send their way by adjusting the Percentage of Traffic field.
If you want more reviews on a particular site, just increase the percentage.
If you're adding a smaller or more niche site, sending 1–10% of your traffic is usually plenty.

That’s it — super simple!
Once you’ve added your links, Feedback Guru will automatically start routing customer feedback according to your settings.
